This game is a lot like Pou, which is fun too but this one has a cuter style which appeals more to children and girls. I like that it doesn't have in app purchases and if it does I have not found any. It is fun and limits how much you can play at a time because your boo has to sleep. It's great for kids to only be able to play for so long, it kind of acts like a real pet, you can only play so long before it gets tired.
