We bought this kit, along with some carrier oils, and 2 diffusers to try aromatherapy/air freshening/therapeutic rubs. This kit has 20 small bottles of essential oils, plus a "recipe" card suggesting uses and mixing with different fragrance oils in a diffuser or applying to the body(mixed with a carrier oil). This is a fantastic beginner's kit! No need to spend a lot of money on other kits, and we purchased some carrier oils through Amazon (Sweet Almond, Avocado, Rosehips, & Grapeseed) and elsewhere (Argan oil). Don't be afraid to experiment! Just be careful to start 1 drop of fragrance essential oil at a time, properly diluted in your diffuser or the carrier oil! Our only complaint with this kit is that it arrived with a fragrance of bergamot and that bottle was a bit bubbly. Anyway, we love the scent of bergamot!
