This stuff is the truth. I have very thick, low porosity 4c hair and it works amazing on my hair. It makes my hair so incredibly soft, easy to detangle, MOISTURIZED like nothing else, curls popping, everything. This is how I use it: one part fenugreek seeds, one part warm water, one part aloe vera juice. Let soak for 1-2 days, strain the seeds out and spray onto hair. You can use it refresh your hair, detangle, moisturize, as a leave in, whatever. And it smells like maple syrup! You can also infuse it into oil by soaking the seeds in your favorite hair oils for a few days and apply to scalp and hair as a sealant. Highly recommend this brand and it lasts very long. I bought my first bag in late January and I'm just now reordering in August!
