This stuff really does work! I felt an infection coming on and took two of these with a big glass of water and then two more the next morning and it prevented it from happening. Coming from someone that used to live at the urologists office and has scaring on her left kidney, this is a must have! I was even put on a low dose antibiotic for a year because of these gawd awful infections. This is what I take now. I kept going back and forth on getting these for months and I finally just went ahead and bought them and I'm so glad that I did.
