This painting kit exceeded my expectations once I understood how to use it. I’ve never worked with water soluble face paint; it has always been grease. So when I went to use this for my daughter’s Halloween costume, I was a little frustrated. I couldn’t figure out exactly how to make it work well until I experimented with the amount of water to add. I strongly advise that you use this before your intended event to get to know the product and you will be completely satisfied. Once I had the ratios right for the coverage I desired, it gave me excellent results. Here is my 8yo daughter’s very simple Sugar Skull look for Halloween this year. And to make it even better, it was a breeze to remove. Far easier than any grease paint. I used cotton pads with micellar water and then washed with mild soap and water and there was no crying, no complaining.
