it does what it says provides energy is organic i showed this to my doctor to see if i could take it because of my high blood pressure he said it was fine because it is all organic and suggested to take one a day instead of two i now feel better not as tired cannot tell you if i have lost weight yet it is to soon to tell as for side effects i have not experienced any at all
