I picked up a couple canes to try out after getting bored with the generic gray cane offered by my health care provider. Most make a annoying clacking noise each time you hit the ground...over and over and over. The entire hallway at work would know when I was walking down the hall! This cane is QUIET. And quite lovely to boot. It matches my usual color scheme and the only nicer thing would be to have knees that work (soft sigh). It is easily adjustable for short people with weak hands. I'm just under 5' with weenie hands and got this adjusted to my height within a minute or less.
