I know very little about olive oils however I have recently been consuming them on a daily basis for health reasons . One of doctors I follow and buy supplements from (Gundry) said that Moroccon olive oil had the most of some healthy compound when he tested them, therefore I decided to purchase this and test it out even though I had a few Californian olive oils around. It's not an exaggeration to say that this is defintely the most delicious olive oil I have had so far. It has very little odor and even the taste is extremely light with no hint of bitterness that olive oils seems. I use it in my dressing and as well as dip to go along with Ciabatta bread that I purchase from my local Italian bakery.
