I had the system installed into my restaurant by a "professional Installer". He was having issues getting it to hook up onto the Internet. He disappeared not finishing the job. I called Tech support and talked with Jamie on the phone. She was a wonderful help and got the system running in no time. Her professional attitude and calm demeanor over the phone was very welcomed.
