Got the screen protector and loved how it looked and felt. I was happy to see the alcohol wipe, cloth and dust absorber. I followed the directions carefully. All 4 corners were perfectly aligned, and appeared to be attached. However, after placing it down and smoothing it out the upper right hand corner came away from the phone. After closer inspection it seems like the adhesive they used had come away from the come away from the glass. No matter how many times I apply pressure it pops right back up. I can't stand the way it looks! It ruins the clean lines of the iPhone 5s. I am hoping the one I got was just defective and I will be contacting the seller to see if I can get a replacement. If the seller replaces it and sends me a new one that does not have the same issue I will update my rating. UPDATE: Uppercase contacted me via phone AND email they sent a replacement with a note. This protector went on much better and I am now pleased with my purchase. Great customer service!
