Designed well, holds a lot, looks good, and comes with a 10-year warranty from a company known for their top-notch customer service. What more could you ask for? The price on Amazon is great considering it includes free shipping. If you're considering buying other simplehuman products at the same time, you can save a few bucks and get free shipping from their website if your total order is over forty-nine dollars (I got mine along with a few other items directly from simplehuman last week). You can mount the holder by hanging it on the mounting screws provided or using the adhesive strips that come already attached to the back (just peel off the backing). If you use the adhesive, you can even mount it on the underside of a counter or shelf as someone did in the pictures. If you can't locate your mounting screws, mine came stapled directly to the top of the mounting instructions page, and they are 7/8" long by 1/4" wide. Keep in mind that the instructions tell you to leave 1/4" exposed, so you'll only need to 5/8" inch of cabinet or wall to screw into. I'll post a picture of the instructions as well. I also want to share a super helpful tip from Paul who posted a review in 2009 on the older listing for this product--here you go! "For the reviewers whose only complaint is that it is impossible to pull just one bag from this dispenser, I suggest the ritual I learned from my father (an engineer - the man has a practical ritual for everything). First, check the plastic bag for holes - no use keeping one that has holes, as they're easily recyclable at any grocery store. Then take the bag in one hand at the bottom of the bag and grip it in your fist. Wrap the bag around your fist like an ace bandage, letting any air out of the top as you wrap. Voila, the bag is not a wadded mess, but rather neatly wadded like, say, a sock. Stuff each bag in the hole this way, and they will easily pull out without tangling with other contained bags."
