This machine is amazing! I have had it for a couple of weeks and make at least a single shot daily. I make sure to clean eveything well after each use. The espresso comes out creamy but it may take you a couple of tries to get the right pressure down when you pack the coffee in. Try lightly first and then tighter next time. The tighter the more pressure builds and less water comes thru the coffee - no ideal. **UPDATE October 2020 (3 years of ownership) I have used this machine almost daily. Wipe it down and rinse filter baskets after every use. It is still working like day 1. Extremely happy with how well it has held up over the years.
