UPDATE: I did receive my replacement today as promised. I do not know what changed, but this desk is in much better condition (photos included). The replacement desk stands up the way it should, it’s clean, brand new, and exactly what I had in mind when I originally ordered it. I was thrilled by the level of customer service provided and my new lap desk! I 10/10 recommend buying this product. If it doesn’t work, contact them! They will completely replace it and make it right for you. :) Very happy customer. (My original main problem was that it would not stand up. The replacement stays put when I stand it up!) OLD REVIEW: I am currently updating my review because the customer service did reach out to me and offer to correct my order. I was not satisfied with my original purchase, and she kindly offered to send me a replacement or refund free of charge and without the hassle of sending back the old one! I opted to try a new one because I REALLY want to like this product. I will update this review after I have received and used the new one but just based on customer service 5/5 stars. They truly care about the customer and how to satisfy what you need. That is extremely respectable to go out of your way to make an unsatisfied customer happy. :)
