For the people that complain that it's hard to clean, read the instructions. The unit the K-cup sits in is removable with a counterclockwise turn. The bottom portion of that unit is removable also, again with a counterclockwise turn. Folks, the small drain on the bottom of the K-cup holder is going to get plugged because of tea leaves, coffee grounds, wrong size K-cups, etc., so you're just going to have to clean it more or less often depending on the products you run through it.
