I bought this powder on a whim and it has now become a crucial part of my makeup routine! It is awesome if you have oily skin. However, the powder is a translucent white, so I am not sure how it would look on a person of color with a deeper complexion. For someone with a deeper complexion, I think it would work wonderfully if they only applied it under their foundation, after their lotion and primer. From my experience, there are a few things you need to know when using it: 1. Don't use the pouf. Instead, use a large powder brush. Before opening the container of the powder, flip it upside down and tap it a couple times. Then open it to use. If there is too much powder on the top, just wiggle the container back and forth and it will fall back down into the holes. 2. APPLY THIS BEFORE YOUR FOUNDATION! You will be amazed at how it fights sebum and makes your foundation apply better. Also, you'll need less foundation! Wonderful! 3. If you have super oily skin like me, follow your foundation with a little more powder, especially in the oily zones. I also like to add another layer of powder on my eyelids, as this takes away the moistness of the foundation, making eye shadow vastly easier to blend.
