I bought this "heavy duty" Gamma 2 Vittles Vault Nov 18, 2015 It's been inside of my house the entire time, opening only twice a day from then to now (Feb 25, 2016). No rough handling. My photo will shows how it's coming apart. Loved the idea of it, considering it was gently used and this happened, is there an EXTRA heavy duty option? Update: I contacted Gamma2 Incorporated's customer service via their website regarding my issue and promptly got a response, they priority shipped me a replacement same day. and based on the dealer support vid page, i think some of us may be over tightening this product (my honest opinion atleast) [...]
