Surprise... I purchased this device for 1 bad employee. I installed one in every vehicle and found that my biggest issue was with another employee that I would never have guessed. Our tech's hours start at the first job and finish when you leave your last job. He was starting his time when he left his house and when he got home, even when he stopped for his hair cuts, personal shopping and even crossed over the bridge into a county we don't work in for his personal shopping. My guys should take 5 service calls a day, but only getting in 3 because of their personal time. (that's not just payroll, but gas and mileage usage too) I've been using this product for 2 years. I have work 5 vehicles with this device. You can move your plan up (Fleet) for better tracking, which is what I did right away, and it's still very affordable. I pay $99 annually each and a 1 time set up fee each, and it's well worth it. You need to find the plan that best fits you. I can process payroll from these reports. I pull a (stop and start) report (DRIVER TRIP SUMMARIES) and also a (LOCATION BY DAY) which maps out their daily routes with stop and start pins. This is when I found guys driving all over town for personal use and not turning off their vehicle. Plus ZONE ALERTS, which is my favorite. I set up each vehicle's home zone, which means I get a text when each time the techs leave their house and return home.Another feature is the (IDLING BY DAY ) which lets me know if they pull over and stop without turning off their trucks. The some employees were turning in an daily averaged of 2 hrs over than what they really had. Another nice feature is the vehicle history which lets me know what's wrong with the trucks. No more saying I was last because the battery was dead. If the truck is having issues, I can look it and see what the problem is. you can track vehicle millage and gas too. I can match up the stops to the Invoices they turn in and found a lot of times they didn't write up an invoice and charge the customer because they where going to do it later and forgot. Our company had tracking devices back in the 90's when we had the Tracking company install one in each vehicle and we paid a fortune for them with 10 vehicles to track. Same thing back then, stopped a lot of personal use after hours and weekends and it's always the person you least expect. Every company with work trucks should use this devise. To find tech support is hard. If you want to chat with someone, the phone # for customer support is doesn't look like a US #. You can email them and request a return call. They need to get a pop-up chat box for quick help on my account. Other than that, I'm on auto renewal.
