I ordered this watch for my granddaughter's birthday. She loved it! It was easy for her to operated and set up. She loved the choice of band colors. After wearing it for three months, day and night, the band broke. I dreaded the process of trying to get it fixed or replace but to my delight the company was more than accommodating. As soon as I emailed them, they responded the next day. I submitted a picture of the broken watch band and they replaced it within a few days. I can't say enough about this company. Customer service is a priority and I would definitely buy from them again!!
