Excellent Taste, not peppery
I bought this brand because it is grown in a region known for olives that are rich in polyphenols. I like that it is not peppery, but wouldn't it be comical if it is the peppery taste that indicates that an oil is rich in polyphenols! So, I'm just enjoying the product's smooth taste and will undoubtedly buy another bottle very soon.
