I was a little skeptical about this, but I felt I had to do something about the "brain fog" I struggled with every day. I would go to get something, but when I got there, I couldn't remember why I was there. I began to forget how to do the simplest things. My energy level was just about nill. I just ordered my second bottle, and I hope I continue to improve. I didn't notice any improvement until I had taken close to two-thirds of the bottle, and then I realized I was remembering things more clearly than I had in a long time. Before, that feeling of "being wrapped in cotton," was very upsetting. It was like I was out of touch with me. Now, that feeling is gone, and I know I am going to continue to get better. I read reviews of other products, and I just felt this product to be the one for me.
