I bought two, one for work and one for home. Both 64 ounces to make sure I’m getting at least 64+ ounces each day. I put juice from three lemons and electrolyte powder in and I’m good to go. Ice stays ice all day. Nice colors. I read somewhere that if you have a straw you drink significantly more fluid than with a straw. I thinks it’s true. Seems easy to get this much water down when previously I was drinking fluids without a straw and struggled to get down 40 ounces in a day. Think how much soda people drink with a straw at one sitting! I’ve had no issues with not being able to get fluid through the straw unless I partially loosened cap. I keep cap on tight all the time.
