Love this product. As a veterinarian I have used this with patients, but recently my father developed a multi drug resistant skin infection. After a few rounds of oral antibiotics the dermatologist they sent him to finally figured the bacteria and started an appropriate antibiotic. He also had my dad start bathing in a dilute bleach solution! When I heard this I immediately sent him a bottle of this. It doesn't sting and is effective with MRSA and pseudomonas. Those are 2 hard to kill bugs so I thought it was worth a try. My dad loved it and called to tell me how fast it was working after weeks of getting no where. This isn't a way to avoid seeing a doctor, but can definitely help. In my house it is our wound cleanser of choice.
