I absolutely love this product. My Pomeranian mix has a collapsed trachea, and I felt so sorry for her with her constant gagging and coughing. I've tried different solutions but to no avail. The Throat Gold didn't stop her coughing immediately; it was gradual. So I thought with continued use she should get progressively better. I'm happy to say that after about 8 weeks, she rarely coughs. My advice is to just stay with it. I give it to her two times a day in her breakfast and dinner. She doesn't mind the taste at all. I didn't want to put her on medication for this. She is already on Vetmedin for an enlarged heart. So thank you from the bottom of my heart Pet Wellbeing for caring for our animals' health. She will always be on this. It works and I'm so relieved to see my dog happy.
