Update to my review: I emailed the company with my issue. They without hesitation offered to send me a new one as they acknowledge it is not the best for outdoor use. I live in Southern California and it barely rains here. So, I bought this to use outdoors as it said it is waterproof. I bought this item in December and kept indoors till about March. Well, it already seems to be growing mold or mildew and seems and it won't come off even when I wipe with cleansing wipes. This product was very expensive to not properly be able to use it outdoors at it claimed it was waterproof. Other than that I like the look and feel of this product, but it seemed like I wasted money since I had purchased it for outdoor use.
