These are the best pots and pans I have ever owned. I have yet to find anything that will stick to them either. Even cheese, chocolate, and burnt rice have come right off of these pots. I don't even have to really scrub to get them clean. Just wipe them out with a paper towel and everything comes off. I made the mistake of leaving the skillet on the stove (while it was on) and forgetting about it. When I returned there was black stuff all over the pan. I realized what had happened and I thought surely the pan would be ruined, but it wasn't! These have handled everything I've put them though and are dishwasher friendly. [...]
