Being a first-time parent, I did an enormous amount of research on monitoring devices for our nursery. The top 3 needs/wants that we were looking for out of our monitoring system were 1. Breathing (Non-touch monitoring) 2. Tamper-proof security 3. Two-way talk + white noise. Miku checked those boxes and surpassed what we were looking for. The biggest of those was the non-touch breathing/monitoring. There is no other device on the market that provides this. You either have to purchase clothing/swaddles or attach something to their feet. Those were red-flags for us since simplicity and scalability, as our newborn grows, was very important to us. The unboxing felt like we bought a brand new Apple product. The aesthetics are great, It is very intuitive and Miku also provides personally branded tools for the install...like a screwdriver, level, and tape measure. Talk about making it easy on the customer! Once installed, the setup was a piece-of-cake. Just download the app, create an account and follow the instructions to connect the device to your wifi...simple as that. The white-noise is one of our favorite features. It saves us from having to buy another product for the nursery and has great speaker quality. Overall, it was extremely easy to set up and looks great! My wife and I are very impressed with the performance of Miku and the peace-of-mind it gives us. When researching, we heard a lot of people saying "If we had that much info, we would constantly be looking and worrying"...we have to say that is not the case, at all. Miku almost does the worrying for us...while also providing complete access to the most important person in our lives (when we want it). It has exceeded our expectations and clearly stands out as a cut above the competition. With all that said...Miku is a game-changer and a must-have for parents who want high-tech, secure, non-touch monitoring of their little one. Highly recommend it! Jason
