I am 5'4 and 140 pounds (I have a small bust and an athletic type of body). I was worried of getting something too small (since this was for a job) so I ordered a medium. The fabric is high quality and not see through at all and it is definitely very breathable. I am so happy I bought it here as opposed to somewhere expensive! There's no logo (that mattered for my job). I probably should have got a small because I do like a slightly tighter fit but medium does fit professionally and comfortably. It doesn't poof out its a nice straight cut long enough to tuck in for me.
