I have to say that I was completely impressed with this device. Its size and comfort was small COMFORTABLE. Its battery life lasted the good 6hrs+ as advertised. It even had better clarity for the person on other end and straight talking into my phone (iphone7). I was considering buying a second to give to wife or have as secondary.. Then after of only about a week of use, it stopped working. Just completely stopped working. No turn on. Charge light comes on for a bit, then shuts off. I am using all same charging equipment since first day of use, no abnormal routine use. Doneski. Sucks. Not impressed no more. Bum unit? Who knows, wont buy a second to find out. UPDATE.. The Focuspower Team contacted with concern towards my post. With no questions asked, (other than my address) they sent me a brand new unit, complete packaging, warranty card, and a few emails updating me with shipping. They have totally made right on something that happens time to time. So, being totally happy with my earpiece like I originally was, along with the customer service that comes with it, this is def a great product with a great team backing it. Changed to 5 ⭐️ because it deserves it and thus far worth it! Thanks Focus Crew.
