My previous and first review "Waste of money!" was 1 star because the 3 pens didn't work. The seller, Art-n-fly quickly replaced my pens. The ones I received are great, they all write smooth, no skipping, no blobs of ink, no frustrations. The customer service and concern of the customer and their products was appreciated and deserving of an edited review. I'm very happy with these pens and will be ordering more in the future.
