I used this product on our Keurig machine from work. This machine received heavy daily use for about 5 years without any maintenance at all. The performance slowed over time and we got a descale message. BUT, the coffee was still coming out, just slower! I didn't say we were all smart at work and we just kept using it. Finally, one day it stopped. Someone brought in vinegar to descale it. That didn't work at all. After 2 weeks without our Keurig we finally purchased a new one. I took the "broken" one home to conduct a Kuerig "autopsy" to determine the cause of death. My wife (finally someone with brains) stopped me. She ordered this Kuerig Descaler and told me to try this before I started tearing up the machine. After the two treatments and 8 or so full water reservoirs "It's Alive!". This descaler was great! After the first treatment there was some dripping. I followed the instructions provided and it just kept getting better and better. Now it works like it was new! It will brew the largest size in about 10-15 seconds max. Totally impressed! Thank you for the great product!
