The software is a piece of garbage. The camera ran out of battery. Changed both batteries on the camera and flood lights. Camera connected back, to the app, but the flood lights will not. Plugged the USB back, nothing. Deleted the camera, reinstalled, connected the usb to the camera. Camera works, flood lights not recognized, a big fat nothing. Now have a useless piece of junk. Update 11/22/2022: The problem turned out to be the hardware - floodlight. I thought I would just take the loss, but to my surprise (without even contacting them), Amazon Blink Support reached out to me via email to figure out the problem. I followed their instructions and few days later received a response with their diagnosis- hardware issue. They then sent me a replacement, received it, installed, and working now. I am very impressed with the Amazon Blink Support team.
