I love these pants. Very comfortable for hanging around or for exercise. I ordered a Large, even though my pant size is usually 8-10. I like the slightly looser fit, it makes them look more like pants and less like exercise clothes for a quick trip out to the store or something. I'm 5' 8" and weigh 140 to give you some idea of the sizing.
