I love the Iron Infidel bands. When covid hit, I started looking at the x3 bar and band system but was extremely apprehensive due to the price. I finally purchased the Iron Infidel bands along with a set of handles from a different company and I couldn't be happier. Best $100 I've spent in a long time. I've been using the bands 3 to 6 days per week since December, which is now close to 7 months. They've have held up extremely well and except for being dirtier from me standing on them for some exercises, they're like new. I feel these will last a very long time. I've adapted my workouts based on the x3 bar protocols. Doing so, you can work all the major muscle groups very well.
