I liked this top so much that I got three colours: black, white and "burgundy" ( which actually looks like brick red). The material is soft and thick (not a heavy thickness that would make you hot but more like thick enough so no one will easily see your under garments). I usually wear 12/14 in US pants and large and/or XL in tops. My bust is 41 inches. I wear 38DD or 36 DDD in bras. I bought this top in large and I absolutely love how it fits. If you carry a lot of weight in your midsection, you might want to buy a larger size so it doesn't cling to your body. Bear in mind that the material streches (not the "spandexy" type of stretch but rather a nice soft "cottony" type of stretch). I've attached pics of me in the "burgundy". Hope this helps.
