This was the answer to my problem! I have one dog who's super energetic, and one who likes to come along on walks, but then gets anxious and just begs to be held the whole walk! It's made of washable material, and my 18.5 pound sheltie fits inside very nicely and snugly. The strap is nice and padded and doesn't kill my shoulder. Great buy, I looked at a lot of these but was turned off by the metal loop strap because I was afraid of the strap failing, but this one seems nice and sturdy!
