Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

So I had been researching chairs for quite some time, most seemed good but still had bad reviews mixed in. I finally stumbled on this chair with 5 stars but only a few reviews at the time. I decided to go with it anyway and I have to let you know it was worth it. It does take a bit of time to assemble (30 mins or so), but is easy to do so. Very adjustable. Chair and armrests can both rise and lower. Reclines fully and easily. Leans back and locks where you want it. Rocks if you want it. Footrest is easy to extend and put back. PLUS, on top of everything, I received an armrest that didn't have enough holes to screw on and attach fully so I contacted the seller and IMMEDIATELY they responded and sent a replacement. Emailed AND texted me to let me know! A++ and 5 stars on customer service as well!
