■Packaging - This product came securely on a long thick box. Get some help cuz its a bit heavy for small people lol. - When you unpack, the box has directions on how to properly unpack it which I appreciate very much cuz I randomly stab on places lol. ■Mattress - Upon having this glorious mattress unfold on the carpet, I still cant believe it fitted on that box. ITS SO BIG LOL. - So we cut the thick plastic covering it to release the airtight seal, and quickly the whole mattress sucked the air and is normal size. I dont know about the 24-75hr wait time for it to properly be on the right size because im sleeping on it right now and its the right size. Long story short, the moment you cut, prepare yourself for the greatness that will unfold. - The mattress is soft, thick, smooth, and just perfect for me. I dont feel any springs and the sewing on it is LEGIT. Its quality! - When my brother saw it he quickly try to snag it on his room, sadly for him his bed frame is twin LOL.
