Difficult to install. During the initial installation I put the seat into the base. I started to rotate the seat according to the instructions and it got completely stuck in between positions. No support available outside business hours. UPDATE: Manufacturer support was great. The problem is resolved and I successfully installed the seat in my car. The fix was complicated and involved a Zoom session for guidance. The seat had to be lined up in a certain way and them slammed with considerable physical effort to get it free. Two people are recommeded but I was able to do it by myself. HOW TO AVOID THE PROBLEM: The instructions fail to mention that the seat must be fully reclined before putting it onto the base. Fully recline the seat before installing it on the base and you should be fine. CAUTION: I recommend that you only attempt to install the seat during the normal business hours for Evenflo support. I'm good at reading directions and installing things. Even so I ran into trouble because of the glaring omission in the instructions.
