Pro's: _ 6 mushrooms in one supplement - Fruit bodies not myclium - Tastes great and capsules aren't messy Con's: - None I have been taking mushroom supplements for a while, and what I really like about this product is that it has six mushrooms all in one supplement. I am able to get all the mushrooms I want in one pill without having to buy six different supplements. This is a huge price savings! Also, they are made from ground up fruit bodies instead of myceliated grain. If you look at the labels on Mycelium supplements, you will see that you are mostly getting a bottle of grain. I would rather have something that is mostly made from mushrooms instead of a bottle of grain! I much prefer fruit bodies to the mycelium supplements. I love that this supplement is made from fruit bodies. One other unexpected benefit I found from this product was the taste. I found that it is really good mixed in with my coffee. It has a very earthy taste to it which I enjoy. I used to put a sugary creamer in my coffee, which was not very good for me. However, I can add this to my coffee and enjoy it with no cream or sugar needed. So, I am able to replace an unhealthy sweetener with something that is actually good for me. I really like the delivery method in the capsule. I have used the powdered version of this same supplement by this company and did not like how I always seemed to have powder stuck in the bag or spilling out. I felt like allot of the powder ended up being lost and wasted in the bag. With this capsule version however, I am not losing powder. The capsules dissolve in my coffee too, so I can do everything I want to with the capsule version. Overall, I prefer the capsules to the powdered one. The bottle is a nice size too. About the size of my pc mouse. See the pic for reference. This supplement can not be beat. 6 mushrooms for the price of 1, and it is made with fruit bodies.
