I purchased this Pet Grooming Scissors Set, about 4 months ago, to groom my sweet, but very stubborn 9y.o. Shih Poo (Shih Tzu/Poodle)...especially for around his face! When my Shih Poo would see me pull out my other Straight Nose Pet Grooming Scissors, he would run to my Husband, but with these Pet Grooming Scissors, he was less apprehensive! I (& my Shih Poo) love them, because I’m able to get closer around his nose, face, chin, & ears, without him getting nervous due to the rounded tips! I very thoroughly reviewed this Pet Grooming Scissors Set before buying them, & the biggest complaint I had read was regarding the screw that holds the Scissors together! As with many different types of Scissors I own, for various uses (Sewing, Crafting, even Gardening), sometimes the screw comes lose, but easily tightened back up again! I have Groomed my Shih Poo at least 3 times with this Pet Grooming Scissors Set, since I bought it, & have had great success with It...& my sweet Boy being much less apprehensive with each Grooming now!
