The Coldest Water ice pack is without a doubt the coldest ice-pack I have ever used! I am 60 years-old and have used many different packs over the years. I never have had to use a towel under the ice-pack. Even though the instructions tell you that you should put something between the pack and skin, I ignored it. A little over 20 minutes later, I had a slight freezer burn on my knee! My fault though...never have used anything this cold! I also love the way you can mold it to fit down into the recesses of your joints. It comes with a Velcro strap to secure the pack to wherever part of your body you need to ice. It’s so cold that there is actually frost on the inside of the strap after icing! If you’re looking for an ice pack that gets VERY COLD, look no further...you’ve found it!
