Update: What a surprising customer service experience! I responded to the comment from Viva Naturals Customer Care on this post. They returned my money. I thought that my journey with their argan oil ended there, but then Viva Naturals Customer Care contacted me! They told me that they'd changed their filtering methods and asked if I would like to give them another try. They sent me a bottle from their Amazon stock, and wow! I'm so glad that they made that offer! This argan oil is perfect! The smell doesn't linger for long and it's such a subtle smell. What a difference! I'm so very happy with the oil and the service. I plan to buy another bottle right now, and I'm going to look at the rest of their product line! First review: I've tried other pure argan oil brands, but the price of this product tempted. I'm so disappointed. This oil smells horrible. This smell is not the rubber band smell I've experienced from other brands, but rather of excrement. I would return it if we'd opened it sooner, but sadly, the return window has closed. I cannot recommend it.
