I couldn't be happier with this planner, it includes so many options and is very customizable. I love the idea that it is reusable for many years and not just another throwaway item in a world where we throw so much away as it is. With this planner you simply put it in the microwave for thirty seconds and all the writing disappears if you have written in it with Pilot Flexion pens! Physically the planner has a waterproof cover, an elastic that will hold it together, and two bookmark ribbons ( each a different color). It also has color coding to help you visually track different areas of your life. In the back of the planner I found complete instructions on how to use it. In the beginning it has several special sections that will step by step analyze how to get your life on the track you want. This starts with helping your form mission and vision statements, and then and then goes on to help you analyze and prioritize your goals in different areas of your life so you can identify how to go about getting them step by step. It also has sections for helping you anayze the people and things that surround your life and how you can interact with them to improve your life. Then it will show you how after prioritizing your goals you can split them into smaller sections and work on them in chunks, making them easier to acheive. Of course it also includes a two page monthly calander ( with space to write on each day) complete with room to add affirmations and track your skill growth, habits, and goals along with many other things And also weekly two page calanders with seperate sections for each day marked off into time segments and including space for goals habits, and many other things. Then at the end of each month you have a two page analysis section which will help you sum up your growth for the month and figure out what you want to do with the coming month goal wise. At the very end there is a section of several empty graph pages and plain pages for your notes and mental musings. And a nice enclosed envelope page on the pback cover to keep any must have papers on hand. Really there is so much in here it is hard to cover it all and in addition you are given access to many online resources including the ability to put your planner online. I can't recommend this planner highly enough. If you want to use a planner to help improve your life this is the one!
