I have had this pump now 37days, and as we all know, I'm in that sore spot, it breaks right after you can return it. I noticed there was no water flow coming from my pump, so I took it apart and cleaned everything. It came back on so I figured it doesn't like to be dirty, and I'd have to keep an eye on it. An hour later, no flow again. But why is she giving it 5 stars then?! I'll tell you why.. I pulled out the box and called the number. I spoke with an incredibly nice man, who within 3 minutes had ordered me a replacement. No charge. I didn't have to argue, pay shipping, explain that no, I didn't break it. Nothing! I provided my address and another is on the way. Now, if this next one breaks like this one, I'll update my review. I think for some reason I just got a faulty one. I don't know why, but I'd like to think so.
