And the winner is ++++++++
Pictured L-R = 1-4 I was prescribed compression socks 30-40 mmHg after my varicose vain surgery in 2004. I was given the first 2 sets for free and the brand was Jobs, found out they were expensive. I did some research and discovered Ames Walker (Picture #1) were cheaper but the same same styles as the jobs. Both socks covered my feet all the way to the arch in which create discomfort due to tightness, I stretch the elastic on the arch area to the point of almost breaking them to relieve some pain. Then couple weeks ago I stumbled on Adson compression sleeve Picture #3, I ordered them Immediately and tried them, they were rated 20-30 but they felt like 30-40 and no discomfort. Did more search and found Doc Miller but instead of ordering them right away I went back to Ames Walker and search for the same sleeve. I ordered one to try (Picture #2) to try. As you can see Ames were little bit shorter and the material was thinner. I decided to order Doc Miller for comparison (picture #4) and it was identical to Adson. Here is my decision Ames Walker gone could buy 2 sets of Adson for the price of one Ames Walker. Doc Miller has slight advantage due to color If I don't wear them 24/7 probably go with Adson for the price.
