I was a little hesitant about this purchase only because of it having Windows 10, which I've found to be confusing to use. However, this is set up with Cortana right on the task bar, ready to handle questions. Also new to me is the web browser Microsoft Edge, which seems to work more reliably than Google Chrome, which I had been using. Set up was so easy! This laptop is quiet, and I like the air vents on the side - I've had no problems with it getting too hot. I love this HP and have always found their products to be reliable. I am pleased with this purchase!
