I've been a prime member since forever and never written a review. Here goes: I don't know what to say. This set is beautiful and comfortable! The rocking chairs are wonderful! I am 58 and have never rushed to get to my patio. MORE IMPORTANTLY was the customer service I got when I needed some screws over the weekend. I could have just gone to a hardware store, but I was nervous because I needed the set for a party sunday. They did both -- offered to send the screws the fastest way possible or offer me a $10 credit if I purchased them myself. Ridiculous great customer service and a more than wonderful product! 1-2017 update: can't say enough about this company! They really understand customer satisfaction! I had a problem with the glass top of the table. A replacement arrived today at np cost to me. And I'll say again how much I love the set itself
