Pretty good unit for the price. Only 2 minor disappointments....I thought that it had a drip container that was removable, but it does not. You have to remove a plug and tip the unit to drain it (no big deal). Also, the window exhaust kit listed as adjustable (and it is), but beware if you have smaller windows. My windows are 22.5 inches wide and the minimum width of the window plate is 32 inches. To make it work for me, I had to saw the plate down to the proper width of my window. I mention this only because there is no mention to the window plate width in the description anywhere (neither on Amazon nor Costway sites). Just a mention for those who have small windows! Despite those minor complaints, it's a great unit. Cools very well in very humid climate.
