While I do agree with the others who said this is the best phone/answering system they've had, I have two warnings for people considering the purchase, and one may be a deal breaker .. The first is pretty insignificant -- when deleting messages you must quickly hit delete before the message ends or the next message automatically starts playing, storing the previous in ''old messages'' pretty annoying if you don't catch it in time, because you then have to go into old messages and listen to the same message again just to delete .. not too big of a deal, but as I said kind of annoying. Now the deal breaker .. for some, and I say this because I know lots of people are probably purchasing this phone specifically for the headset feature .. I was. When I first starting getting familiar with the head set I was thrilled, it came with 3 different sizes for ear clip as well as 3 different sizes for the ear bud even a headband option (the kind you've probably seen some telemarketers using). making for a close to custom fit. The problem was, the only thing keeping the ear clip attached to the headset is A VERY TINY,FLIMSY piece of plastic which broke on my headset within a month. Once broken you can no longer attach ANY ear clip(or the included headband piece) to the headset. This means there is now no way to keep your headset from falling off. I did not abuse my headset, it was never dropped,my kids never got a hold of it, and the usage was about an hour a day.Needless to say, I was very disappointed .. I now had a headset that worked .. but wasn't wearable! How frustrating to have to replace, even more when I found that a replacement headset was 50.00$! nearly as much as the whole setup cost! because of this, I decided to order ''earhoox'' earbud covers which hold/keep an ear bud inside your ear, and only cost about 10.00$. I will update with results when I receive them.
