It is FULLY ADJUSTABLE!
Those writing negative reviews for not being able to fully adjust the height are not reading the instruction manual. There are 2 ways to adjust the height. The obvious way (which alone, will no take off much length) and a second way (adjusts height DRAMATICALLY!) I’ve attached a pic of the instructions to dramatically adjust height. honestly, it took me a few minutes to figure it out but if you try to match the instruction picture EXACTLY, it works!
